Welcome to Digital Dive. Digital Dive (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is deeply committed to respecting and protecting your privacy.   • Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information (under CPRA): Request limitations on the use of sensitive personal information under specific circumstances.

Our Services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18 (or a higher age threshold if required by applicable law in certain jurisdictions, e.g., 16 in some EU countries for GDPR consent). We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected Personal Data from a child without verified parental consent, we will take steps to delete that information promptly. Our Services may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not operated by us. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that third party’s site. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.  

13. Automated Decision-Making and Profiling

We do not currently engage in automated decision-making processes, including profiling, that produce legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affect you. Any profiling conducted is primarily for internal analytics, service improvement, and personalization purposes, and does not impact your rights or access to our Services in a legally significant way.  

14. Marketing Communications

We will only send you direct marketing communications (e.g., newsletters, promotional offers) if you have explicitly opted-in to receive them, or where permitted by law (e.g., to existing customers regarding similar products/services). You can opt-out of receiving marketing communications at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in the emails or by contacting us directly. We will process your request promptly. Transactional emails related to your account or service usage are not considered marketing communications.  

Where our processing is based on consent (e.g., for non-essential cookies, marketing emails), we utilize clear opt-in mechanisms (like checkboxes) and provide easy ways to withdraw consent (e.g., cookie preference center, unsubscribe links). We maintain records of consent where required by law.
