01 — Principles

How we handle personal information.

These principles apply to our website, contact forms, demos, product marketing pages we control, and client delivery—unless a separate signed agreement says otherwise for a specific engagement.

01

Data minimization

We collect only what we need to respond to you, deliver services, secure our systems, and improve our site. We do not harvest data “just because we can.”

02

Purpose limitation

We use personal information for the purposes described in this policy (or purposes compatible with them). We do not repurpose contact data for unrelated advertising without a lawful basis or your consent where required.

03

No sale of personal data

We do not sell personal information. We do not rent contact lists. We do not share your data with data brokers for monetary or other valuable consideration as a “sale.”

04

Security in transit & access control

We use HTTPS and industry-reasonable safeguards. Access to systems that hold personal information is limited to personnel who need it to perform their roles.

05

Your control

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a portable copy of personal information we hold about you. Contact [email protected] or use our contact form.

06

Jurisdiction-neutral drafting

This policy does not select a governing state or exclusive venue. Where local privacy laws apply to you (for example GDPR, UK GDPR, or US state privacy laws), we honor those rights as required.

02 — Details

What we collect and how we use it.

Information you provide

Name, email, company, project interest, message content, and any files or credentials you voluntarily send. For product accounts, billing and license details as needed to provide the product.

Voluntary / contractual

Standard technical logs such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, timestamps, referrer URL, and approximate location derived from IP—used for security, diagnostics, and aggregate analytics.

Operational necessity

Cookies & similar tech

Essential cookies (e.g., theme preference, session security, form spam protection). We do not require cross-site advertising cookies to use this site. If we add optional analytics, we will update this policy and provide choices where required.

Minimal by default

How we use information

To respond to inquiries; deliver and support services and products; prevent fraud and abuse; secure systems; improve the website; send transactional or service messages; and comply with legal obligations.

Documented purposes

Sharing

We share personal information only with: (a) processors who help us operate (hosting, email delivery, payment processors, security tooling) under contracts that restrict use; (b) professional advisors under confidentiality; (c) authorities when required by law; (d) parties you direct us to share with.

No data brokers

Retention

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above, including legal, accounting, dispute, and security requirements. You may request deletion; we will honor it unless we must retain data for a lawful reason.

Purpose-bound retention
03 — Your rights

Rights we support (where they apply to you).

Depending on your location, you may have rights including access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, and withdrawal of consent. We will not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights.

A

How to exercise rights

Email [email protected] or use the contact form. Tell us which right you want to exercise and enough detail to locate your data. We may need to verify your identity.

B

Response timing

We aim to acknowledge requests promptly and complete them within timeframes required by applicable law—typically without unnecessary delay, and faster when reasonably possible.

C

Children

Our services are directed to businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16 (or the higher age required in your region). Contact us to delete any such data.

D

We may process data in the United States and other countries where we or our processors operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms).
